Acceptance

These conditions govern your use of Deep Clean Report. Using the site means accepting them. They were last revised on the date shown above.

Nature of the service

Deep Clean Report is an independent editorial publication. We test deep cleaning providers in Dubai as paying customers and publish what we find. We are not an agency, a broker or a booking platform. We hold no client money, employ no cleaners and supervise no jobs.

Scores and rankings

Every score published here is an editorial judgement formed from a defined checklist and a limited number of test bookings. It describes what happened on the jobs we commissioned, at the properties we used, on the dates we used them. A different property, a different crew or a different week may produce a different outcome. Treat the ranking as informed guidance rather than a guarantee of performance.

Pricing information

All prices are historical records of what we were charged, including VAT unless stated otherwise. They are indicative only. Providers change their rates, quote differently for unusual properties, and price seasonally. Obtain a written quote before committing to any job.

Affiliate arrangements

We earn commission from some providers when a reader books through a link on this site. The arrangement is disclosed on the pages where it applies. It has no influence on scores, on ranking order, or on what we write about a provider's shortcomings.

Your contract is with the provider

When you book a cleaning company, the contract is between you and them. Their terms, their cancellation policy, their insurance and their complaints procedure apply. We cannot intervene in a dispute, cannot process a refund and have no authority over any provider listed.

Exclusion of liability

So far as the law permits, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, whether direct, indirect or consequential. This includes damage caused by a provider, sums paid to a provider, and any loss of time or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Copyright

All original content on this site, including the checklist methodology and comparison tables, is our intellectual property. Brief quotation with a link is welcome. Systematic copying, scraping or republication is not permitted. Trade marks referenced remain the property of their owners.

Site conduct

You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to harvest content at scale. We reserve the right to restrict access where this occurs.

Jurisdiction

These conditions are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai holding jurisdiction.
