Any provider that will not send one is selling you an extended maid visit at deep clean prices. Here is the scope we inspected against, grouped the way most professional crews actually work.
Two items get skipped more than any others in Dubai: the tops of wardrobes and kitchen cupboards, where a season of fine dust settles unseen, and the AC grille faces, which are visible to everyone but somehow nobody's job. An empty property is cheaper to deep clean than a furnished one of the same size, usually by around fifteen percent, because nothing has to be moved and put back. If you can schedule the job in the gap between tenancies, do it.
